We source products from across the globe in order to fulfil this commitment to quality, service and price.
Our commitment
We will in almost all circumstances fulfil your order within 24hours if placed before 2pm on a working day. We have a company target of 99% fulfilment in this area.
Contract
When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract.
Confirmation of order Your order will be confirmed by email normally within 1 hour, but not longer than 24 hours, of receipt of your order over the internet.
Cancellation of order prior to despatch
You have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it as long as the order has not been dispatched. This can be done by email, telephone or fax and will be acknowledged by our customer service team.
Returns
Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. The decision of whether a refund is given will be made by the Customer Services Manager. The cost of any items found to be damaged in transit or missing will be refunded to you within 5 working days of us receiving the items back.
Order Cancellation following delivery
If you wish to cancel an order for any item you are very welcome to return them to us within 7 working days from the day after the day that you receive the goods. Items will only be accepted if they are a) unused and b) in the same good condition that they were delivered in. You will be liable for the return costs of delivery and a full refund for the goods will be made to you within 5 working days of cancellation.
Complaints Procedure
Any query or complaint will be dealt with immediately. It will be acknowledged within 24hours and resolved within this time frame whenever possible, but not longer than 2 working days. Please email our customer service department at sales@geyser.co.ukwith details and a contact telephone number.
Delivery
We send our orders out in good faith with a reputable third party carrier on an overnight delivery service to be with you with 24 hours. We work closely with the carrier to ensure orders are delivered on time, however we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays encountered by the carrier - see below.
Force Majeure
No liability will be accepted by Geyser for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.

Value Added Tax
Where relevant, VAT is included in the price of the goods. Our VAT number is 816 5552 23.
Delivery
Delivery is free except for deliveries outside of the UK and for exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Geyser Ltd.

These conditions shall be construed according to and governed by UK Laws. None of our Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
