Our first Geyser radiator was purchased purely on functional grounds (it was the only one we could find with sufficient heat output for the wall space available) however it was so well made, so elegant and so efficient we have now just fitted our third and will certainly install lots more!

The service and product recieved was excellent. It was delivered on time and packed and presented very well. Installation was easy. If I had one minor criticism it would be that the radiator is a bit close to the wall and could do with deeper standoffs. I find that when towels are placed on the radiator, the depth is not sufficient to allow them to be easily folded over the rails, especially when two or three towels are in use.

I purchased an electric towel heater from a similar company a few years ago. This stopped functioning and Geyser were able to source an almost identical replacement. The heater was fairly easy to install but the instructions were not clear on one important aspect - thermal expansion. There is no thermal relief valve on the radiator but there is a vent valve. As part of the commissioning process, the heating element should be set to the highest setting with the vent valve open until no more heating medium is ejected. Switch off the element and close the vent.

I was struggling to find a radiator at the last minute as our bathroom was being fitted. I found the perfect one at geyser and for a great price. Having alot of work done to the house and so have ordered from alot of different customers and I would have to say that this company gave the best buying experience. I was kept up to date via email and my radiator arrived the next day. All the trademen who have been in my bathroom have all commented on the radiator, how striking and different it looks but still gives off enough heat ( unlike other designer radiators).

A modern new bathroom |

I bought this towel heater/radiator to modernise my bathroom and wow what a change. It is a lovely product and certainly provides a super new look. The product arrived promptly and as advertised - protected in a wodden crate. It has remained so until yesterday when the heating engineer started to piece together all the items to confirm the correct assembly to include the dual fuel heater. Everything was available but the fit of the extension pieces included with the dual fuel heater into the uprights proved that the drillings in the uprights were not square resulting in both assemblies being off-set. A further close examination of the towel rail also displayed that the uprights were not lying square with the vanes a gap being evident to one side. This is meant to be a quality item but has been let down by shoddy workmanship.

The accompanying installation leaflet was very confusing, giving the impression full heating up time was 10mins. None of your customer service staff knew how long the towel radiator should take to fully heat up. Ours takes 48mins. Apart from that we are very happy with the product.

I bought a radiator/towel rail for our small shower room with thermostat and electrical heating element (not fitted) as a package. Geyser website was easy to navigate and choose exactly what you wanted. The product arrived promptly ( within 2 days of order online) well packaged, looks good and feels substantial. The installation was easy and quick as all fixings were supplied plus the radiator was pre filled with water/inhibitor. My electrician who installed it the day it arrived wished all his jobs were as hassle free with clear instructions on how to mount and insert heating element and bleed. Both my towels and the bathroom are now "toasty" and will be even if the central heating is switched off in the summer. Would recommend both Geyser and their products to anyone.

the radiator was alot of money for me working part-time but its the centre point of my home. the radiator is placed in the hall so everyone sees it even strangers coming to the door with parcels or take aways!! and everyone comments on it. you forget its a radiator because of the large centre mirror until you walk past and feel the heat come from it. i placed it at the bottom of the stairs and its just amazing when you walk down and see it. it still blows my mind everytime i see it. the company were 1st class with my order and it came straight away,. it was well packed and wrapped in bubble wrap.

This is the third time I've bought a Geyser ladder rail (electric). Each one has been exactly as described on the site, and the elements are properly rated for the size of rail. Delivery is next day.
This latest one is my biggest yet - 1700 x 600 - in a new house with plasterboard walls. You wouldn't think that the plastic brackets would hold this heavy beast, but they do. Instructions are very clear, but if you need to, ring them up - they're very helpful.

We decided to gut the bedroom and get everything done from scratch, including new fitted wardrobes, new bed, carpet and decor. We chose black and white for the colour scheme (mainly white) to make the room look bigger and were planning on a full length mirror on one wall. We then spotted a full length mirrored radiatior in a magazine and decided to have a look around for one. The one we purchased from geyser is exactly what we were looking for and at the best price we could find. Also, people don't even realise it's a radiator at first and it gives out more heat than the long double one we had under the window before. It looks really smart and gives the room a modern edge. We feel like we're sleeping in a 5* hotel room now.

What a great change from the norm !!!!!
Towel rail and timer were ordered and paid for over the internet with no hassle what so ever.
The items arrived with a couple of days and were packaged incredibly well. Tight fitting polystyrene casing covered in tough cardboard. This package could have been kicked around a warehouse all day with out damaging the item inside.
The towel rail had a real quality look and feel. Crisp white powder coated radiator and good scratch free chrome plated tubing. Exactly as shown on the web page.
A 100% happy customer who will return to purchase another towel rail in the future.

The wrong radiator was delivered on the Saturday. I arranged for the correct one to be delivered the following Saturday. I had to leave the wrong rad outside at the back of the house for the courier to collect. On the first attempt he did not do this and left a "while you were out" card. He returned the following day and collected but left the one I ordered at the back of the house instyead of delivering on the Saturday. I did get the delivery refunded but I had to invest a lot of time to resolve this.

The right one arrived the next day and the wrong sized one collected. Refund made less a handling charge. I would recommend Geyser to anyone needing new rads/towel rails etc without hesitation.

Does exactly what i wanted, converting my fused switches on 3 electric towel radiators to timed operation. Very easy to set up the timers and operate. Manual override works well when wanting switch on and off at other times without effecting the timed settings. My elec contractor didn't wire in correctly as he didn't read your label applied to the box, just made an assumption on normal wiring practice. Other than that, would have been 5 stars!

After months of internet searching for the perfect Electric towel rail and getting fobbed off by other retailers promising the earth but delivering nothing (quite literally!) I stumbled upon Geyser.co.uk, and couldnt be happier!
With the large range of electric towel rails on offer I was able to choose the perfect one for my bathroom, and having already read a number of positive reviews on Trustpilot.co.uk, I knew I would receive a quality product that will look great in my bathroom.
Finding the correct sized towel rail and having the option of thermostatic element was great - the online ordering system was simple to use, delivery was extremely quick and the overall customer service experience has been great so far.

I was certain there would be cosmetic damage and there was making me think Geyser deal in seconds, is this true? |

I saw all the notices about reporting cosmetic damage within 24 hours which rang a few alarm bells. Unfortunately a friend took delivery of the radiator since I was at work and I could not check it in time. When I did open the package there was a significant dent in the side. It probably doesn't affect the functionality but there was no sign from the packaging that this happened in transit. I suspect that this was there all along and that Geyser are dealing in factory seconds. Is this true? The heater works perfectly well and I am happy with its performance. I just got the sense that if I ordered another that I would find 'cosmetic damage' to that too and so on as long as I kept ordering.

Good little timer, comes pre wired. Sort of. It comes incorrectly prewired, so if you make the mistake of assuming the factory has wired it ready to go it will blow up, as my first one did.
Ordered a second, unwired and rewired it according to the sticker which came attached and works fine. Just £35 less profit for me....

I bought an 1150x600 chrome curved ladder rail complete with element for just £139, including VAT and delivery. This was much better value than I had been quoted in local DIY stores or plumbers' merchants. I had a query before ordering and the customer services department could not have been more helpful. The ordering process was simple and the rail was delivered superfast. On inspection it was of great quality and the instructions were comprehensive and easy to understand. Being pre-filled it was easy to install the element.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you spend your money elsewhere then you've got money to waste!!

I was really imprsssed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the radiator now that it's on the wall, however the fitting was really difficult as there was no adjustment on the wall fittings. It was just as well that we checked the dimensions as the instruction information was incorrect. The towel rail fitting was not a good fit and clamped on to just one side at the rear. We had to fit some large washers to prevent it cutting into the paintwork.

Slim, modern, unobtrusive and does the job we wanted it for. Our kitchen is cold and the job of putting in a radiator would have been a possible, but enormous task. The oil radiator warms the room, uses an already available socket and fits nicely between the breakfast bar and fride/freezer housing as there was no where else it could go. It also had to be black to fit in with my decor - should have bought one years ago. Very helpful chap on the telephone and it arrived promptly.

I purchased a mirrored radiator for my bedroom and it looks great! I have a small house where space is a premium, so I thought a vertical radiator would free some wall space, then I came across a vertical radiator with a mirror. I paid a lot of money for what should have been a quality stainless steel radiator and valves.
The machined threads (for the valves) on the radiator needed so much PTFE tape its untrue, and there is still a very occasional drip.
I suppose this was a budget stainless radiator, but at £415, is still a big price.
Personally, I would recommend paying a bit more and buying a brand with an established reputation.

I ordered this Oslo stainless steel towel radiator, with summer electric heating element, for a client's bathroom. The rad was very well packaged, delivery was very fast & Geyser provided excellent communication by email. The radiator is beautifully made and looks SO much better than the myriad cheap chrome ones you always see (that usually start to go rusty within 12-18 months). It also gives out 2-3 times more heat than a comparable chrome one, so it heats the room, not just the towel. Easy to fit, too. Superb!

I chose the black, upright, flat panel, designer radiators with chrome valves and am very impressed with the prompt delivery, the quality of the product, and customer services aftercare. All the staff i spoke with, were friendly and helpful.
I had a minor issue with my radiators, which was easily resolved, however, Geyser were very willing to ship replacements, for delivery the next day. This was not necessary.
I intend to use this company again, when i have my extension later this year, as i have complete confidence in their committment to customer satisfaction.
My friends have all commented on how much they like the look of the radiators.
Before i chose them, i had been worried that they might not give out much heat but i am very pleased with the heat output, and the radiators operate silently.
I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and think they look stylish and contemporary. They represent good value for the price.

I love my towel rail it sets off the slate floating shelf and is a feature in its own right. I am very pleased with my product. Due to the plastic feet looking tacky in comparison I decided to hide the pipework which meant that the extra pipes purchased were a waste of money but the towel rail looks classy as it should. The rail is high quality and everybody comments on the design.

Towel rail was damaged, which we did not notice until it was installed. Geyser refused to replace it as we did not notify them at time of delivery - the damage was small dinks on two of the tubes which was very difficult to spot on first inspection.
Not impressed with their customer service!!!

I have installed a towel rail, with thermostatic element and the seperate timer. The towel rail and element appear to be of very good quality and were straightforward to install with the enclosed ,clear, instructions. I now have excellent contol over the towel rail temperature and the timer allows me to program several "Off" times in case it is left on (as well as switching ON/OFF times).
The web site was the best I came across, and the company communication, and delivery was bang on.
A little more expensive than some other suppliers, but well worth it in my opinion. The finished product looks great.

The right angled valves didn't fit as the mounting brackets for the radiator don't project it far enough forward to allow enough space between the angled valves and the wall. Needs to be supplied with stand-off brackets for the rad. in order to use the r/a valves

Realy pleased with this electric only towel rail/radiator.
Its really solid and heavy, excellenty quality finish and very efficient; heats up quickly too.
The electronic control pad that comes with too is a really big bonus and works very well. You can press the '2 hour' button first thing in the morning and it will warm up for the morning rush and will turn itself off again when the 2 hours is up.- brilliant, or you can have it on varied heat settings on constant.

The towel rail was delivered promptly and looked great. It was a doddle to install it was fitted in approx. one hour including the electricians wiring. I decided to wait a month until reviewing the towel rail to properly evaluate its performance and efficiency - I must say it works even better than I was hoping...I have come on a timer for two hours in the morning before I get up and after my shower the towels are no only dry but also nice and toasty warm. Also I haven't noticed any significant increase in our electricity consumption so I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Empoli Chrome Mirror Radiator and a Chrome Straight Heated Tower Rail (350MM wide) with a dual fuel Variable Heat Pack and relevant chrome thermostatic valves ordered on 13 th October and delivered the following Morning . All intact on inspection . Final fitting was done in small cloakroom on 2nd November . They look great. There were no problems in fitting the towel rad as the rad and fittings worked well . However, with the Mirror Rad we had problems with the instructions supplied and the quality of the brackets supplied . The instuctions did not relate to the supplied rad .We had to calculate bracket positions ( Wish the diagram on the web site had been included as this shows critical dimensions but is wrong as the brackets supplied are 2 LH and 2 RH) The brackets with the supplied wall plugs and bolts always pulled out of wall when the rad was presented to them . We had to rejig the fitting to the wall to prevent this pull out with other fittings.Both rads appear to be of good quality and provided the exact effect I was hoping for . Overall Geyser provides a good web site and service in delivering items promptly within less than 24 hours from order . With correct Supplier documentation and a more robust wall fitting for the Empoli Mirror rad I would upgrade my 4 star to 5 star for Geysers products and service.

We were looking for radiators with a 'narrow footprint' to replace our towel heaters as they simply weren't heating up the bathrooms during winter. It took a bit of searching trying to find a radiator that would generate enough heat and also fit into a narrow space but Geyser had an immense range of options. The Circolo Blanco ticked the boxes in terms of the numbers i.e. wattage, but what came as a pleasant bonus was the looks of these radiators- in fact, we ordered two, one for the main and one for the guest bathroom.
Not only do they do the job of making the bathroom nice and cosy first thing in the morning, but, considering that radiators are just for supplying heat, they are beautifully finished and look really nice so they tick the box on the aesthetic front as well, for what it's worth!!
A word of caution- do read the instructions about the valve fitting and make sure your plumber does too, as they need to go underneath with these!
Finally, the prices are good and delivery very prompt.

Its large size means that you can get large bath towels and a hand towel and still have metal exposed to provide heat.

The Towel Rail is finished to a high standard and works very well. I would certainly recommend it. We fitted ours with the associated timer control. On switching the timer on it immediately blew the fuse. On checking why this occured our electrician, having wired it up as per the instructions, discovered that the timer had been wired internally incorrectly. A potential fire hazard. He subsequently corrected, the presumably manuufactory error and it now works perfectly. I suggest Geyser check that particular batch for any other 'problem' timers.

No problem with Geyser, I received very good customer service, and the product works fine, as expected, and the extra IPX5 rating is better than some competitive products. However I still have serious issues with the build quality and will not purchase again unless these are addressed.
1. These units are to be connected to 230v wiring, normally twin and earth in a domestic environment, and probably solid core 1.0 or 1.5mm if wired off a fused spur. The terminal blocks are small and delicate, and connected to the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) only with 2 dabs of solder. Not suitable in my opinion, and far too easily broken when using a screwdriver to ensure a good electrical connection. In fact the first time I tried to install one the terminal block twisted and snapped off with very little pressure.
2. The unit is designed to accept a flex cable which is attached to the heating element. This too is meant to be wired directly to the tiny terminal blocks on the PCB. The unit contains no means of restraining the cable. Any other accessory on the market designed for a flex outlet will have (or should have) some form of cable restraint. It would only take a small tug and the flex would rip the terminal block out of the PCB and no doubt the entire unit would need to be replaced. This is very poor design, in my opinion, especially given the relatively high price for what is an extremely simple bit of technology.

The Mirus Chrome electric towel rail is ideal for our new bathroom. It is set far enough from the wall that towels can be draped on it easily. Sunday nights only require one bath towel, dried between uses, rather than three we used to use. However, I would suggest that a warning notice be prominently displayed on the packaging for the heating element, pointing out the requirement for the rail to be vented before first use. Our bathroom installer insisted we use our own electrician (that he recommended). This meant that the installer could deny any responsibility for the electrical connection of the towel rail. No doubt the electrician (could I get hold of him) would say he was only asked to connect the towel rail, not install it. The upshot was that the towel rail wasn't vented during 'installation'. When I first used the rail it blew a blanking plug through the ceiling, producing a 5" hole, and sprayed hot water over the wall and floor. Fortunately no one was in the bathroom at the time. Had they been, a serious injury may have been sustained.

after a lot of searching & advice from various people about where to get a towel rall that would complement my new bathroom ( try screwfix it's cheap or B & Q it's cheaper) it was a case of you pay for what you get as they looked cheap. I stumbled upon this company on the web. In stock, shipped that day & did arrive the next day, well almost, as the Fedex driver drove right past the house & returned to the depot as he couldn't find it! It was dearer than the rails at the above outlets, but not by a great deal & it looks fantastic in polished chrome against the black ice wet wall, with digital thermostat a & dark grey electricial cable instead of the standard white.

The item was a chrome tube on tube towel warmer. Small "gritty" type of imperfections were found on the chrome, and as the item was to be installed in a bathroom i was concerned that they would promote the creation of rust.

I stick to my point as when you go via google, the web page says 'Delivery Included' and the link to 'more info' requires stamina to get to the heading 'Accessories under £40 Postage fee'.As the part costs £39 why not just say plus £6.50 on that page!
Apart from sneaking in postage costs on the last page, the terminals were too small for double wiring and the lack of an earth terminal is daft.

The radiator looks great and was easy to install. My only complaint was the installing of the thermostat. I had to cut a new thread as the thread was damaged. This was easy for me as I am an engineer, but a novice DIY'er may have struggled. Other than that I would recommend the radiator as it was easy to commission and the towels are nice a warm when required.

The rads are fine - look good, are solid and heat well (no cold sections). However, the two timers supplied were faulty. In both cases, the internal wiring was incorrectly fitted.We don't think that they are dangerous, but just wont work. In our case, we needed to fit these desperately, so I paid our sparks extra to rewire. I wish of course that this had not been necessary. Just don't purchase these timers.

Now yes they should have told me this before fitting it but they didn't notice apparently, but ce la vie. After searching online for a while, I came across the Geyser website and found it most user friendly, very clearly explained with great images - especially useful for people like me who don't know much about towel heaters.
Product arrived quickly and on time. However, upon opening the towel heater I noticed that some of the enamel was marked and the one of the legs wasn't chromed properly. I telephoned and a replacement was then sent out to me in a very timely manner.
The replacement towel heater now looks lovely and is working well in my new shower room! Great value for money too compared to other websites!

We ordered the electric towel rail with some reservations because we hadn't viewed anything like it in a store. When it arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. It was easy to install with comprehensive insrtuctions and we have been using it for one month with great satisfaction.
It was delivered very quickly, on the carrier the next day.
The only problem was the carrier, who didn't read the special instructions we had clearly provided, which asked for it to be left in the garage. The package was left outside an elderly neighbours house in the rain all afternoon because she couldn't lift it.

We ordered some heated towel rails from Geyser after seeing them at a show. They arrived very quickly and seemed ok. I made the mistake of taking them out of the box and leaving them in a shed. Unfortunately the frost got to them and damaged them. Geyser were unable to replace them as it was arguably my fault for leaving them in a cold shed (even though they have anti-freeze... perhaps not enough). Anyway, they sold me two more for a very reasonable price, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
Based on this experience... they were sympathetic on the phone - I can recommend them.

The radiator looks great. The plumber did a fantastic job of installing neatly with no pipes showing, although had to drain the whole system and then refill, which is normal for any new radiator. When it was turned on, it was clear that one of the 4 horizontal panels was not getting any water flow and only eventually gets warm from conducted heat through the metal. I have considered returning it but would need to pay the plumber again to change it over so decided to live with it.

I am very pleased with the Heated Towel Rail and although it has not been tested to the full( It being summer(albeit an English one)) it appears to be doing the job and looks well in its new home.
One niggle I did not feel that the screws sent with the HEAVY rail looked long enough to support it, nor did the screws match , to my satisfaction in that they were not as shiny as the gleaming chrome work of the rail.
I completed the fixing using longer screws with chrome dome covers, i.e. Mirror fixing screws giving a much better finish and overall appearance.

I've never used Geyser before so was understandably nervous committing to a few hundred pounds for a radiator that I needed very quickly for some house modifications. I ordered it and it turned up with a day or so. I also got email notification so I knew exactly when it was to arrive.
Let's face it, you get this service from lots of large retailers now but it's nice to know smaller, perhaps, less-well known outfits are able to operate in an equally seamless way. This is how the net provides the level playing field.

Our highly trained plumber had great difficulty fitting one of your designer radiators. The lower fitment had insufficiant threads for him to screw the valve in tightly enough to achieve a leak free fitting, a good seal was only achieved when a part was made specially by the plumber. That wasn't the end of it, when he came to bleed the air out of the release valve the bleeder connection flew out!!
I emailed Geyser over a week ago highlighting our problems but have not received a reply yet.

The range on the website was great and the prices were quite competitive but what really set Geyser apart was that when I ordered the wrong radiator by accident, they arranged pickup (at a very acceptable price) the next day and had my credit card re-credited and when I threw a further spanner in the works and informed them that I had lost my credit card before the re-credit appreared, Geyser re-credited my bank acoount direct instead!
I will never have a second thought about ordering from these guys again, as the real test of a company is not how they are when everything is going ok but how they react when things go wrong. We bought both the black (matt) column radiators and the white (satin finish) horizontal bar radiators - both are aesthetically very nice, especially the black, they make a good feature without being too much in your face about it.
They were delivered on time and came very well packaged, we had a paint blemish on one but on informing Geyser a replacement was sent out the same day and the blemished one collected at the same time - excellent service!
They've a solid feel to them and the build & paint quality are very good... definite impression that they will remain & look good for many years. Our plumbers had no issues installing them, all fittings were supplied and instructions clear.
Heating wise they seem efficient, they heat up themselves and the room quite quickly, the vertical column radiators are better at this than the horizontal bar though and throw a lot more heat off.
Because, I assume, of the design these radiators are a little difficult to bleed, air does get trapped when you first install them and you have to let the system circulate the water and slowly move the air to the top where it can be bled off... we've been doing this for the better part of a month...becuase of the air in the system it does make the radiators a bit noisy but this does lessen as you get the air out.
Other then the difficulty bleeding them and the noise I cannot fault these radiators, or Geyser, at all - I would but them again!

But it is- dosen't heat up quite as fast as the old radiator due to the large tubes but more than adequate and once it's warm it really puts the heat out. I found this product,(a variable temperature heated towel rail), through internet search, & previously knew nothing at all on this topic. The detailed technical information on Geysers website helped me to make an informed choice. I chose a variable heat so that I can have the temperature I want, and to economise on electricity use - now it's in use I have a comfortably warm small utility room, & I don't need to worry about the electricity bill. My electrician said it is the best quality heated towel rail he has ever fitted. Lovely radiator, shame about customer service |

I receieved an electric towel radiator and electric timer - all arrived in good time and the radiator looks lovely. The only problem was that the timer was not wired correctly for the UK and Alex, the manager, told my electrician to change the wiring despite a sticker on the item saying NOT to tamper with the wiring. When my electrician attempted to do so, the fused ends of the wiring came away so I returned it for a refund. I then received a phonecall from Alex telling me that Geyser would not refund my money as the item was not in a fit state for resale! He was very rude and suggested my electrician had damaged the item through incompetence and wouldn't accept that the item should not have been sold to me in the first place. He eventually agreed to the refund but with bad grace and what had previously been a good experience turned sour because of his attitude. I would never buy from them again only because of him. What a shame as they gave me a good price and everything else was great.

The Geyser traditional electric radiator is a well constructed, solid and well finished product. It heats up very quickly and combined with the temperature controller, is very versatile. We have installed it in a "restored" Edwardian bathroom and it looks very good, we think. It was easy to fit and the instructions were okay, though you had to read them fairly closely to follow the procedure. It was delivered very quickly and well packaged and seemed to me to represent genuine value for money, following fairly extensive reseaches on the Internet. Highly recommended product and company.

I am absolutely delighted with the flasteel radiator and new brushed chrome radiator valves that I bought from Geyser. Obviously when you are spending nearly £600 on products that you haven't actually seen it can be quite scary however the product is exactly what you see on the pictures - drop dead gorgeous. I would also like to agree with one of the reviews re the process which is fantastic. Radiator and valves delivered approx 18 hours after being ordered. In addition I could not find the radiator any cheaper on the web. Didn't get the name of the sales guy that served me however he was very pleasant, helpful and used my name and asked if it was all right that he put me on hold whenever he had to go and find any information - he will know who he is as we had a laugh about him not being able to say my street name "Corstorphine". Keep reviewing your process and the skys the limit. Will definately recommend and use your company - thanks once again Jill

I was looking for a low level, constant, heat source for a downstairs wc with two external solid walls and my electrician suggested a small modern towel rail rather than a wall panel heater or a tubular heater. The Geyser product was selected and purchased online. The towel rail was delivered by courier very rapidly and found to be a well engineered product. Instalation was fairly easy considering it was mounted on a curved surface.

After a radiator from a different company was delivered and refused on two occasions through poor packaging leading to a damaged product, we discovered Geyser and were optimistic after seeing the mission statement on the website regarding quality of packaging so we went ahead and were not disappointed!! The product was excellent and the instructions covered all aspects in great detail. Moreover the communication from Geyser about the delivery was detailed and accurate, the delivery company was professional and the radiator was superbly packaged. I ordered a towel rail from Geyser. Unfortunately, when I unpacked it, the rail had a dry joint which was leaking and rather than the timer ordered, I'd been sent a thermostat. I was dreading long waits in post office queues to send the goods back and an argument about replacements because I'd left it over two weeks before opening the packaging and finding the problems. On the contrary, the staff on the phone were very apologetic and had the replacement delivered by courrier the very next day and the returns collected by the same courrier. Now very happy, installed and fully working.

**** Towel Rail - Electrically heated with power controller |

Ordered by telephone at the end of November, just as the heavy snow arrived. Geyser used FedEx to deliver the item. Delivery was to an address just outside Dundee. Road conditions were suchn that FedEx were unable to get out for a week. So delivery was delayed. Geyser had provided a tracking number for FedEx via their email confirmation at the time of purchase. The tracking system worked. I chased up the item a week after its expected delivery dates, as road conditions started to improve and before the next threat of snow materialised. The item was in the Dundee depot so I arranged to drive in myself and collect it. No problems although the snow was till piled high around the depot.
The item itself was well packed, in a full polystyrene former, cardnoard box and sealed polythene cover was virtually intact - a slight tear which is less than normal for most delivery companies.
The towel radiator was prefilled with water, inhibitors and I presume an anti-freeze. There was no frost damage evident and it will have stood in warehouses and vans when outside temperarues would have been below -10C for days at a time.
Everything was present and correct with installation instructions.
The only point I would make, is the blurb with the controller and on the adverts. This is not specific to Geyeser as the same controller can be purchaesd elsewhere is that it suggests in some places that it is a temperature controller which it is not. It simpler has an input power controller which Is suspect works by switching each cycle of mains electricity off and on for a proportion of the cycle from 20 to 100 per cent of the time in 20 per cent steps. This is a genuine saving of input power. The 2 hour override means that if you have a lot of wet towels you can simply press the 2hr override and the heater goes to full power then flips back to the pwoer setting you have set for its normal operation.
The only problem I had was with the air bleed valve.
(1) It is located on the underside of the uppermost rail. The underside is asthetically pleasing (out of site) but strictly speaking should be at the highest point of a device.
(2) When I brought the rail up to temperature andvented off the execcs gas and some water it did not seal properly. I therefore had to remove the threaded screw entirely which involved hot water pouring on my fingers and then wrap some PTFE tape to achieve a good seal.
Despite the venting of the liquid the top most rail still appears to get up to temperature.
I would buy again from them.

Placed an order for a Towel warmer heater element temperature control plate on the Tuesday and it was delivered on the Wednesday.
The control plate is great, it controls the switching on/off of the heater element and has a 2hr boost button as well as controls for the heat output.

This was our second purchase of a Geyser product. We previously had an electric heated towel rail which worked fine for a couple of years but then stopped heating up properly. We rang and asked Geyser why this might be, and were told the element had probably gone. We therefore ordered another replacement radiator (we wanted an identical one so as to re-use the fixings but this was out of stock so got the same size but the "flat" version rather than the curved one). When this arrived, we realised that the element was in fact entirely separate from the rest of the unit, so we could presumably have just bought a new element - but no-one told us that! The new element inside the old radiator now seems to be working ok, although the heat indicator light seems to flash continuously as though it is struggling to reach the right temperature - and we have an unwanted flat radiator in our attic.....

Original order was for a 50cm towel rail, which arrived on time BUT the plumber decided that a 60 cm size would be a better fit. Rang and arranged a pick up and replacement delivery, pick up successful, so far so good, when replacement did not arrive I asked why and was informed young lady had arranged pick up but forgotten to order replacement, this caused me some embarrassment as difficult to arrange fitting with plumber. Arranged certain delivery for next day - did not arrive- carrier went to wrong address, finally arrived following day. Towel rail is very good looking and appears to be good value for money.

I bought 5 radiators in all by 3 separate orders. The nextday service was very useful in synchronising the plumber with radiator delivery. The down side of this is that order checking seems to have suffered in that the valves supplied were not those ordered, they were a hotch-potch of straight and (mostly) angled. This necessitated a quick reorder of 2 pairs of straight to keep the plumber working.
The other problem was that the mountings included with the 'Livorno'-white radiator need to be handed for discreet mounting and one had all right-hand mountings while the other had all left-hand mountings. So mix and match from one radiator to the other provided the required, handed, mountings!

I had a query on the control box for an electric towel rail style rad. The chap I spoke to (sorry, didn't note his name) didn't know the answer, but told me he'd find out and get back to me. I was impressed when he rang back within 15 - 20 minutes, with the answer I hoped I'd get, so I ordered the rad over the phone right then. My order was placed with some difficulty on your website. I rang to confirm the order had been accepted and was assured it was. I waited over a week and received no email notfication that the radiator was on its way so I called you
I was told the payment hadnt gone through and so the order was on hold ( at no time had I been advised of this). I was asked to pay again which I did.
Then I was sent the wrong radiator. Eventually the correct radiator arrived but the old one was only collected yesterday - weeks after it was left.
All in all not a happy experience - wouldnt use you again and certailny wouldn't recommend you.

Good looking product, with a manufacturing fault |

Bought the black square towel radiator. This arrived well-packaged and promptly, with all the pieces. However, on trying to fit the heater assembly it would not quite fit, due to the end-plate on the radiator being slightly off square. It did fit into the other end-plate, showing that there can be manufacturing faults that find their way through the quality control process.
On receiving my complaint, Geyser claimed never to have seen this fault before and did not offer any remediation.
Overall a good-looking and functioning product, but I felt a little let down by the company's response.

The service from Geyser was excellent , the radiator arrived very quickly and was exactly as described.
The instructions were easy to follow and fitting the radiator was straightforward.
My only small criticism is the radiator takes a long time to heat up, but otherwise it works well and looks good.
If Geyser wish to improve this product then they should provide an option with a timer control.
However all in all excellent service and value for money

I then lost the instructions - I phone Geyser and talked to Alan Mountifield, who emailed me a spare set within 10 minutes (so I had no excuse and had to instal it). I then had a couple of problems with some cosmetic parts - phoned Alan again and he was, again, extremely helpful and sorted out my problems.

Although the element that shipped with my towel rail was faulty, it was replaced the following day as promised. The rail I purchased is 1.5 metres tall and quite heavy and the only adverse comment I would make concerns the wall fixing brackets which were totally unsuitable for a cavity wall. I had to improvise by bolting the mounting posts through the 5 inch wall to a solid fixing on the other side.

Living in rural NE Scotland, we don't always get much choice when purchasing products locally and so the internet has opened up a whole world of choice for us. I can't remember what I actually Googled but Geyser came up and I opened the site to find an amazing array of choice, all in stock ready for delivery and with no hidden extreme delivery charges. The prices too astonished me. A fraction of the price of some local retaillers and esthetically more pleasing too. So after much debate, being spoiled for choice, we decided on our purchase and ordered it very late on Sunday night. Our fab new radiator arrived on Tuesday morning. We were very impressed with the crate style packing: simple but an effective way of preventing transit damage. All in all we are very pleased with the whole transaction. Seriously if your in the market for designer radiators, close all your internet windows down if you have arrived at geysers website.
They have some great contemporary designs and phenominal prices compared to other sites ( believe me I looked around). Add to this an amazing customer service and attention to detail coupled with quailty products.
They are very easy to install and as I had a new appartment with a plastic central heating system they offered to let me trial one with the option of a full refund if things did not work out. There are many companies out there who just would entertain such a thing but this is where these guys are worlds apart.
Overall I am massivley impressed with my purchase and have my whole appartment done in these and will be reccomending them to anyone who is considering designer radiators.

I ordered the radiator for next day delivery. I was contacted by Geyser the next day stating they had been informed by the deliver company that it would not be possible due to the ongoing Edinburgh Festival closing many roads. As I worked at the Festival I infomed the Geyser staff that this was just not the case. That afternoon my radiator was delivered. Obviously, the staff member concerned took up my plight and resolved the matter.
Further, on installation ,the radiator made numerous banging noises. I followed the onsite advice and I am glad to say after trial and error the matter appears to be resolved.
Very pleased with the product itself and the electronic control adds a touch of class unlike some cheaper variants.
I would fully recommend this company to anyone without hesitation and will certainly buy products from them again.

Seemed as if we were not going to be able to find a radiator for our bathroom design until we found Geyser on a web search. The Oslo design was just right. Ordered it Sunday, delivered on Tuesday; well packaged as you would hope from something hand made. Fitted it the following weekend no problems and it works exactly to specification. Once we have completed the replacement of the rest of the bathroom in a few weeks time and finished the tiling it will really look the part.

Fittings instructions clear - I fitted it in about 30 minutes.

I received the item with some minor damage to the central bar. I notified the company immediately and was informed that the central bar was not in itself essential to the working of the appliance. I had the appliance fitted as per the instructions - all was working OK. Then when clearing away the packaging a small multi lingual booklet fell out in which it stated that the element should not be fitted parallel to the heating panels. This was however impossible as the length of the element enabled fitting via the parallel access points ONLY.

Whoever runs this company has obviously thought through the end to end business processes in detail. The result is probably the best internet purchase service I have recieved EVER! Living in rural England and quite hidden away, I'm a frequent internet user and was already impressed by the delivery processes's ability to add a sensible amount of additional delivery information. As I would have expected, as soon as the goods were purchased I recieved the order confirmation email. What surprised me was a second email advising of despatch, who the courier was, the consignment number for tracking and a working web link to their site, plus a really well thought out and comprehensive set of guidance notes.
At 8.30am next day the goods were delivered. Exactly as expected, great quality, great value for money, the complete order, well packed and marked clearly with my delivery instructions.

Brilliant service & quality product |

I had been let down by another company and needed the radiator delivered urgently to prevent delays on my kitchen re-fit.
The website said order before 2.00pm for next day delivery. I was amazed when it arrived at 8.05am the next morning!
The wooden box it came in was truly a work of art, almost too good to throw away! my radiator is now installed and looks absolutely fantastic.
I would certainly recommend Geyser to my family and friends.

My first review of this company was Satisfactory, titled "Service variable depending who you speak to - could be improved".
The background for this was that I originally contacted the company by phone to make inquiries about a heated towel rail, but in order to receive email confirmation of my order, I returned to the web site and ordered it on-line.
I think, due to my lack of knowledge regarding heated towel rails, and lack of information on the website, I did not order the valves at this time as I did not know they were not included (I thought they were included as they are featured in the picture of the towel rail).
Once it was delivered, my fitter informed me that I needed to order the valves as they were not included, so I called the company and spoke to a woman who was very unhelpful, but who eventually confirmed that the valves were not included with the product I had ordered. She offered no further assistance to order the valves and I therefore returned to the website to order them. I then discovered that since the order was small, I was charged £6.50 for delivery, which could have been avoided if I had known I had to order them when I ordered the towel rail.
The both products arrived in good time and in good condition, but the experience with the lack of information on the website leading me to have to place 2 orders, being charged delivery with my second order, and the unhelpful person I spoke with results in me only providing a satisfactory rating.
After my initial review, Geyser has responded (see below) and we have had a telephone discussion regarding my experience. They kindly offered to refund the extra delivery charge, with a goodwill amount as well, which I think is more than fair, if a bit generous. During our discussion, I clarified my comment regarding the information available on the website, pointing out that no where does it state that the valves in the pictures are only the recommended valves for the product, that they are not included, and that they have to be ordered separately. Alex agreed with this conclusion and is considering an update to the website to clarify this information. Regarding my experience with the unhelpful staff person, it turns out that the person I spoke with was most likely a temporary assistant who may not have been aware of the details of the products and services provided by the company. As such she was not able to provide the level of information or service that other fully trained staff members would normally provide.
In summary, the company has been more than fair in dealing with my issues and I am confident that my upgraded rating from Satisfactory to Excellent is not misplaced.
I would use this company again and would also recommend them to others.

Arrived promptly, well packaged in box.
Fitted all ok with one slight problem with the bleed valve being faulty.
The bleed valve was fitted to the rail already, when installed the valve just spun around and around, on inspection the vavle had simply disintigrated..
Contacted Geyser who did send a replacement

The service started off very well! I was contacted within one hour of my order by telephone saying that my 2 radiators would be dispatched that same evening and that I should expect a delivery time of 3-4 days. One week later, I called and was informed that the order was not yet dispatched due to a mis-communication, but it would be that same evening and to expect delivery in 4 days! 4 days later only 1 radiator arrived. I called and was told the second radiator was in Birmingham with the shipping company due to custom checks - it arrived 2 days later. Overall this was inconvenient, however the after sales care has been superb - Alex Ramsay was quick to take action and address my concerns. I would certainly do business with Geyser again!

I was let down by a major chain, giving me 24 hours notice that the towel radiator was not available. Obviously they despatched the heating element to go with it though!
I found geyser and had a very similar product the following day. One small accessory was missing. When I realised 20 days later, I contacted geyser who sent out the part the next day.
Great service. Happy to recommend.

So far I've not had any issues with the product supplied, so I can't comment on their after care service.
However, that aside the only thing I would say against them, was the fact that the radiator valves supplied (£50 quids worth) were not individually wrapped, and as such rubbed up against each other in transit and tarnished the outside slight, a little extra bubble rap would have prevented this from happening.

This is the second towel rail purchased from Geyser, the first being 3 years ago for our own home. Touch wood, it has performed beautifully and provided not just an extra level of comfort but an aid to alleviating window condensation on 1930's crittle windows. This second purchase is for a rental property and is the main source of heat in a small bathroom area. It looks stunning and adds a level of class without breaking the bank.

We are delighted with the electric towel rail we have just purchased from Geyser.co.uk for our newly refurbished bathroom. We decided on electric rather than a central heating radiator for practical reasons. We have a quite small bathroom and the towel rail takes up very little space and looks very stylish. Their website is impressive and we were pleased to get the towel rail at such a good price.
After a slightly shaky start, having being promised next day delivery, which didn't materialise we began to doubt that the company was as good as we were led to expect, but they were able to prove that it was not their fault and the radiator had in fact left the factory on time. They promised to send out another, which did indeed arrive 'next day'.
My husband installed it the same day with ease, but the coating on one of the cap covers on a wall bracket started to peel and after an email to the company they immediately sent out a replacement pack of 4 covers.
I cannot fault the back up service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. If the occasion arises I would most certainly deal with them again.
