Being a Geyser Field Sales Agent

Hello I’m Neil, a Field Sales Agent here at Geyser.

Where do I start on how I ended up working with the Geyser team. Well at the beginning of my working career I guess but don’t worry I’ll keep it short - I worked for 19 years in a related industry for a large supplier of brassware products supplying taps and showers to the likes of Wickes, Travis Perkins and Homebase and held positions from Operations Manager (reported to by circa 100 staff) to Key Account Sales Manager and National Sales Manager (in charge of 13 Sales representatives across the UK).
Sounds like my career was on the right track however the work/life balance wasn’t right.

So I made the bold decision to leave the corporate rat race. After doing my own thing for a couple of years. Reality kicked in and I thought I better get a job but was determined to do a role I enjoyed and fitted into my life.

I knew of Geyser and once you visit them you’ll understand the vision and values which backs up their reputation and reviews.

Working as a self employed agent comes with a lot of self responsibility but a lot of freedom. However you’ll have the backing of both a company that will give you every chance to develop a successful area and me as someone who as already made this work.

So if you’re personable, motivated and confident enough to open them doors this could be for you - working close to home, planning your own day and hours without having to justify your day with tonnes of admin. Doesn’t matter if your an experienced salesperson or someone who wants to change the tedious commute and 9 to 5.
Right now this chosen area is only potential but if you’re willing to embrace the challenge of establishing your own area/patch with the confidence of selling proven products by a reputable company - you will succeed.
