Shipping & Delivery

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • Our deliveries take place Monday to Friday and we offer free next working day delivery on all Designer Radiators and Towel Rails. Items in our Accessory section, such as elements, valves and towel bars take 3-5 working days. Specialist items such as Mirrored Radiators are sent via specialist courier and take two working days
  • Out of stock items need to be ordered from the manufacturers and lead times can vary dependent on manufacturer, product and time of year. We will contact you advising of an expected delivery date.
  • We work with a number of couriers. Couriers are chosen dependent on the product you have ordered and your delivery location. You will receive an email from the courier once we have dispatched your item.

        All of our prices include the cost of shipping so there is no additional charge for uk delivery at checkout.

      2. Where does my order ship from?

      3. How much will I pay for international delivery?

        We can ship to most countries with our global couriers, however it is impossible to offer a definitive price through the website as it is dependent on size and weight of the product as well as destination country.

        • Contact us on +44 1204 695387 and we can provide you with an accurate price on delivery to your selected country.
        • Place your order to reserve your stock and a member of our team will contact you with an exact price for delivery. You can then choose to proceed and make an additional payment or alternatively request a full refund and cancel your order.
